Parallel 44 Presents TOM HAMILTON BAND live at Volcanic Theatre in Bend on Sunday, October 25, 2026. Tom Hamilton has made a career of pushing rock n’ roll boundaries. He sings and plays lead guitar in the juggernaut contemporary Grateful Dead cover band, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead and since 2000, Hamilton has fronted a cadre of bands, including Brothers Past, American Babies and Ghost Light. More recently, this Philadelphia-based musician/songwriter/producer has finally decided to forge ahead under his own name. Bend-based badasses BROTHER GABE & FRIENDS open the show. For this special tour, leader “Brother Gabe” Johnson has assembled a special super-group of truly world-class players: Drummer/Singer Cliff Porter (Jamcruise AALx2, Joe Marcinek’s Dead Funk, Jelly Bread), legendary singer/guitarist Pete Kartsounes, keyboardist Brian “Swiz” Swislow (Object Heavy) and bassist Mark Karwan (Jenner Fox, Quattlebaum). Blending deep grooves, soaring improvisation, rich vocal harmonies, and a healthy dose of funk, this all-star lineup delivers timeless songs with heart, soul, and a spirit all its own. Goodnight Texas’ last Central Oregon appearance at Sisters Folk Festival was tremendously well received, and their support set for The Brothers Comatose in Bend was pure magic. We’re excited to welcome them back for their own two-set headlining show, and we hope you’ll join us.
